Photographer.
Creative Cultivator.
Guiding what’s ready to unfold.
Jenn Ocken is a creative leader, speaker, writer, and photographer based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is the originator of Creative Adaptive Intelligence (CAI) and the C.A.L.M. framework, and the founder of the Thriv ecosystem.
Her work supports individuals, leaders, and communities in navigating uncertainty with clarity, values-based decision-making, and sustainable momentum through speaking, writing, tools, and community-based practice. She is also known for her fine art and documentary photography and for initiatives such as The Front Porch Project.
With a gift for transforming raw ideas and tangled thoughts into meaningful expression, she guides people to slow down, listen in, and shape what’s true into something tangible—whether that’s a visual heirloom, a purpose-driven tool, or a renewed sense of direction.
Through her photography, Jenn captures more than moments. She captures essence. Her lens is guided by presence and feeling, documenting the fullness of life with emotional depth and lasting connection, from milestone portraits to everyday magic.
As a Creative Cultivator, Jenn draws out what already exists within her clients. She doesn’t lead with force; she guides with attention. With a rare ability to reflect back someone’s brilliance, she helps creatives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders bring their vision to life without losing themselves in the process.
Rooted in community and fueled by creativity, Jenn believes real momentum begins with self-trust and aligned clarity (not hustle). Her work invites others to move at their own rhythm, build with intention, and create from the inside out.
